Sale and Rent Back

A common trend within the property market is for homeowners to want to release equity in their homes whilst wishing to continue living in the property.

Current options are to remortgage and run the risk of increased costs should interest rates rise, or equity release schemes that pay out an income and are aimed more at the elderly.

A natural solution to the problem is for homeowners to sell their properties to current landlords and continue living in them in return for paying rent. As Landlord Trader has always aimed to be a driving force in the tenanted property sales market, we have included a specific "Sale and Rent Back" section as an option.

Homeowners wishing to sell their property to a landlord should register (for free) and upload your property in the usual way. On completing the property form, be sure to select "Sale and Rent Back" from the drop down list of "Terms of Contract".
