Once you have signed up for an account (free and only takes a minute), you then need to "Sell Property" which involves entering text details and uploading pictures and floorplans if you so wish.
3. What does it cost to list my property?
The cost depends on how many photographs and attachments you wish to upload, as well as whether you wish make your property a featured property but prices start from as little as £9.99.
4. How is LT cheaper than using an estate agent?
If your property sells successfully then there is a flat Success Fee of £200 (payable on completion) plus of course the cost of your listing. Consider paying £1000's with estate agents or just over £200 with Landlord Trader.
5. What do I get for my money?
Access to the best property investors on the web! Plus use of the question and answer function from likely investors and the ability to field offers online. We shall also email you with statistics as to how much interest there has been in your property from time to time.

1. Is it right I pay nothing?
Yes - it's absolutely free to browse, ask vendors questions, bid online and buy property if you wish. You only need to register for an account which is free.
2. How do I interact with the seller?
You can ask a vendor as many questions as you wish. They can then reply as they see fit. You can also put in an offer (subject to contract) online.
3. Is Landlord Trader selling the properties?
No. We are merely an exchange for information. Furthermore Landlord Trader is not an estate agent. Think of Landlord Trader more as an advertising board.
4. What involvement does Landlord Trader have?
Although we do not verify the information vendors supply as accurate, we will act on any misleading advertisements should they be made known to us. We are also a point of call to help the communication process should the buyer / vendor need us.
