William Foot, Founder

Will founded Landlord Trader after some personal success in the residential property investment market. Will began his career in strategic marketing at Lowe, the global media relations consultancy, followed by a specialist position at Media Com where he focused on the econometric analysis of marketing campaigns and business modelling. Will holds a bachelors degree in Economics & Statistics as well as Masters in Finance.

Julian Schiller, Founding Investor

Julian was a founding investor of Landlord Trader in 2004. Having begun his career in the city working in the bond markets, Julian then moved to Broadview International to work in investment banking and advise technology companies of all sizes. After working at Broadview, Julian moved to Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker, the global real estate consultancy, to advise a range of clients on pan-European property investment.

Julian founded Queensgate Properties (UK) in 2003, a residential property investment and development company focusing on the Midlands and the North of England. Julian is also a director of Court Southern, a long-term commercial property company that focuses on the south of England.
